Worldly Or Heavenly

“Do not love this world nor the things it offers you, for when you love the world, you do not have the love of the Father in you.”

1 JOHN 2:15

The absolute most essential and perfect life is spent in seeking Jesus, following him - and walking in obedience to him. The fear of men is to live a life not full of money or excitement. Men seek the worlds new view of success. But God is always the same.

He asks you not to succeed in saving your money for some unknown time in the future, but to live through him and help all those in need. The worldview today requires no time for God - only the act of busyness so another human can notice you. God, however, lives in you and he created you such that only through him will heavenly eternity be found.

“We know that we are children of God and that the world around us is under the control of the evil one.” 1 John 5:19

“Don’t love money; be satisfied with what you have. For God has said, “I will never fail you. I will never abandon you.” Hebrews 13:5
