The Way Is Good

The Way Is Good

"I also pray that you will understand the incredible greatness of God’s power for us who believe him. This is the same mighty power that raised Christ from the dead and seated him in the place of honor at God’s right hand in the heavenly realms."

EPHESIANS 1:19-20

Discouragement is common in faith - For our eyes long to see what the heart speaks. In times of our human clock not being in sync with the answer you believe is coming the internal struggle of discouragement takes hold.

The power of prayer lives in its open communion to God. It is you seeking your master - the creator of all things. It is the speaking and praying to God for help - for peace he so desires. His timing is greater than yours even though you cannot fathom it so. Let go - and be easy in the spirit of prayer and thankfulness - in weakness - you are made strong.

Faith action is living for God without set timetables for results. In Christ - we are to always be praying and speaking with him in the spirit - seeking him in the common day life. God works through people and situations for his purpose - seek Jesus in your life and he will be there. Practice seeking the Lord in all situations - meditate about Jesus day and night and he will reveal himself to you.

When his disciples are speaking about Jesus and are feeling sad and discouraged because it was the 3rd day since the death of Jesus, and he had not revealed himself in the manner in which they were expecting. The disciples were talking to Jesus in their sadness but did not recognize him in the flesh.

God is a Spirit, and his appearance is that of a man. God created man in his image so that his Holy Spirit can reside in them if they so choose to do what he asks. When Jesus returned, he physically looked different than when his disciples had previously seen him, and they did not recognize him.

"When he was at the table with them, he took bread, gave thanks, broke it and began to give it to them. Then their eyes were opened, and they recognized him, and he disappeared from their sight. They asked each other, “Were not our hearts burning within us while he talked with us on the road and opened the Scriptures to us?” Luke 24:30-32

The Great I AM is who he is, and he is a Spirit that covers the earth. There is no time in heaven as the kingdom of God lasts forever and ever. Therefore - God has no constraints as he is all in all and he overcame death on a cross. Trust in Jesus today and have faith that in your prayers and dialogue with him he is preparing your tomorrow.
