Pressed In Faith

“All Scripture is inspired by God and is useful to teach us what is true and to make us realize what is wrong in our lives.”
2 TIMOTHY 3:16
Jesus is the word - he is life - it is in his spirit we are called to live and fellowship with our Lord. Jesus is God in the flesh. The same spirit that fills our King is the same spirit that he desires you to have. Jesus is the way. Everything else is meaningless.
There is no life without Jesus - none. In all things - seek Jesus - he is Lord - his spirit is truth - is love. He yearns for us to give him all our love - obedience and faith as he did for our heavenly father - for our salvation. Be free now in Jesus - he has already conquered the world.
There are times when the Lord will bring a new teaching - a new experience in life that is hard for the human mind to understand. He asks for you to have faith in the word - in his words and in him. Trusting Jesus more than you trust yourself is the key to unleashing the power of the Holy Spirit in you. If you rely on your own understanding - do you really believe in the risen Lord?
To believe - you must step out of yourself - your personal knowledge - in faith and train your heart and mind to trust in Jesus in all situations. He is your Lord by choice - not force. He can and will do for you what he says he will - but it takes your faith and obedience to him for this to occur. To train yourself in obedience you must spend intentional time with Jesus and do specifically what he asks of you. This is how you learn to have faith in the unseen voice of God.
"My prayer is not for them alone. I pray also for those who will believe in me through their message, that all of them may be one, Father, just as you are in me and I am in you. May they also be in us so that the world may believe that you have sent me." John 17:21
"I have given them your word and the world has hated them, for they are not of the world any more than I am of the world. My prayer is not that you take them out of the world but that you protect them from the evil one. They are not of the world, even as I am not of it." John 17:14-16
